Starpower.AI Cancellation Policy

At Starpower.AI, our subscription plan is flexible, allowing you to cancel or modify your subscription plan anytime before the next billing cycle. If you've paid for a subscription period but need to cancel or adjust your subscription, please visit starpower.ai/user-settings or contact us at starpower.ai/contact.

Refund Requests

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our goal is to provide you with an excellent experience and we handle each situation case by case. However, refunds for subscriptions are generally not provided unless there are / were exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Subscription Services Were Unavailable: If you did not receive the benefits or services associated with your Subscription
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter significant technical problems that prevent you from using your subscription benefits or prevents/impacts you from using your services for over 50% of the billing period
  • Technical Issues Regarding Payment: If you encounter significant technical problems with your payment method

Refunds are not provided under the following circumstances (Subject to change):

  • If you change your mind about the subscription after accessing the benefits.
  • If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • If your access is disrupted due to factors outside our control (e.g., network issues, server outages).

To request a refund, please contact us via support email within 10 business days of the issue or within 30 days of your subscription renewal. Fill out the support form via starpower.ai/contact with the relevant details. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.

Subscription Renewal Policy

Subscriptions at Starpower.AI automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal date. Any outstanding usage charges will be billed at the start of each new cycle or upon immediate cancellation. Ensure that your payment information is up-to-date to avoid disruptions. If you have any difficulty changing or updating your payment method, please contact our support team.
